As we move from Phase 2 to Phase 3 (Community transmission), the only hope left for us is to be more effective in identifying all the suspects, screen them, diagnose them and then monitor them over a period of time. Another very important point is to capture information of each of their contacts and make sure that they are quarantined as well. Even though it may look simple, managing health and location of so many people at the scale of a country or a state is close to impossible. Undoubtedly, health, law & order machinery is working to the best of their ability but providing care at home at this scale has never been done in the country.

NanoHealth started with the vision of reducing pre-mature deaths, primarily caused due to Non-Communicable diseases. Our current solution that is proactive, coordinated and continuous has two integral parts:

1. Digital data capture: All health and operational data is captured in digital form by various stakeholders
2. Recommendation engine: For each activity in the entire health system it gives 6 Ws for the next step. What Activity, Who(the patient), When(when next activity should be performed), why(next activity should be performed), Whose(Whose responsibility is it), Where (Where will the activity be performed).
